Egr Blockoff plate

I know i've seen links to where I can find a egr blockoff plate however i've searched and cant come up with anything does anyone know where you can get this? oh yeah on the same website they had caps to block off the hold in the header too if that helps anyone know where i've seen it.

just go to any parts store and have them order a fuel pump block off plate for a 351C...same thing

I saw a kit once that had the block off plate and a cap for the header but i cant find it now for the life of me, anyone know where I could find that?
