EGR check engine code after PI engine swap!

Just finished putting In a 2001 PI block and heads. I transferred everything from mime to it. Also put headers on it too. Ran fine the first day now its throwing an EGR code and running rough. And also making a ticking noise.

Information much appreciated.

post a video if you can. sounds like a possible header leak. what kind of gaskets did you use? you may have a possible like from the egr tube to the headers check you connections on both ends.
