EGR issues

[EF5.0]

Almost a whole month ago I replaced my EGR and EGR position sensor in order to try to fix my CEL. Well the CEL is still there and I've reset the computer multiple times. Why did replacing them not help any at all?

Any tips or suggestions for getting this code to go away? It's really irritating me... I want this engine light off...

Also, the CEL doesn't stay on continuously. It will sometimes go off whenever I am decelerating or just coasting without giving it any throttle...

Code is: 332 - insufficient EGR flow detected.

Make Ste your sensor is plugged in. Make sure you have vacuum on the line.

Sensor has been checked and double check :/

Line seems to have vacuum yes.

Still have the light, cant seem to get it gone

Possible the tube going from the manifold up to the EGR could be stopped up?
