Problem 1 Maybe a car alarm issue??
When I bought my bullitt the traction control button never worked/light up?! I had a car alarm but in two weeks ago and when I picked it up I noticed there was a green light on the cluster at start up that I hadn't seen before. Then I seen that the traction control button was light up. I pressed it and it won't turn off. What could it be?

Problem 2. Maybe a Car alarm issue??

When I disarm the alarm and open the door now with the new alarm the clock will come on for like 10 seconds.
Could it be because the headlights flash?

Problem 3 Maybe a A/C issue??
I was driving the other day and looked down at the cluster and the gauge on the right bottom (?) Was all the way down in the red. Turned the a/c of went back to the middle. Turned it back on and dropped again. What could it be?

Thanks in advance for any answers and sorry for any errors in my spelling.

Thats weird man.. I remember reading someone having a similar issue (I think) and it ended up being something the dealer installed behind the dash or something like that... Maybe someone else knows?

The gauge all the way to the right is your Oil Pressure gauge. You probably have a faulty Oil Pressure Sending Unit.

Dunno about the traction control. For some reason my car doesnt have it! :D Guess thats a 35th Anniversary option?

The alarm should have NOTHING to do with the traction control working or not unless some bonehead installer really screwed things up.

That led in the dash that you didn't notice before is it mounted too the dash or do you just see the light from behind it? Its not uncommon if you have a loan for the dealership to install a GPS tracker to help find it if you default on the loan and seen some found behind the dash by the lights giving them away but the owner never knew about it.

Temp issue - sounds like a problem I would consider having it checked out if I were you. While you are there tell them about the green light, and the traction control light as well.

If the light on the traction control button is on and pushing the button doesn't turn it off, then it's possible that it was disabled in a tune.
(Keep in mind that when the LED on the button is lit up, that means traction control is OFF.)

So the light isn't a led. The green light is on the cluster next to the abs light. Its looks to be like a wheel.

How do you go about changing the oil sending unit?

The oil pressure senders were inaccurate and faulty to begin with.

I'd recommend buying a separate oil pressure gauge so that you have an actual reading, not just low/high.

Could the switch be broken?

When I bought the car that switched wouldn't light up. Now the light won't turn off.

Also I read somewhere if you have a problem with the abs then the traction control won't turn on. Is that true?

Does it come on when you're driving, or is it on all the time? The "wheel" indicator on your cluster that you're talking about is in fact the traction control light. That light comes on when the anti lock brake sensors are reading a drastic difference in wheel speed from one or more of the wheels on your car. Usually that light will come on when one or more of the wheels are slipping on loose gravel or ice. Sometimes it comes on when one of the tires have been replaced and has a greater outside diameter than the other tires. If one of the tires are new and three are 50% worn, then the tires will spin at different speeds causing the abs module to think that that larger tire is skidding. Verify all four of the tires are good and have even wear, also check the tire pressure in all of them to make sure they're inflated to the correct pressure. If everything there is kosher, I'd venture to say one of your ABS sensors or your ABS module itself is faulty.

The wheel light its on for like 15 seconds after start up. The light on the button is always on well driving.

When I pulled my cluster out to do the led's in it I realized there wasn't a bulb in the abs shocket. Put one In and in stayed on. I took the bulb back out for now. All the tires are new. I will check the pressure when I get home.

Its wired how I want having a problem before the car alarm.

I really doubt the car alarm has anything to do with the traction control issues. That's probably just a coincidence.

After reading you post above, it sounds like one of your ABS sensors or the ABS module is faulty.

Could the abs sensor problem turn the traction control off? I found a new switch for $10. Should I get it?

I really doubt it's the switch or any kind of wiring issue. The traction control will turn off whenever the ABS system detects a fault.

Wait wont having different height tires front and rear throw off the ABS speed sensors therefore tripping the ABS light and Traction Control? From the looks of his sig they look a good bit taller on the rear.

255 rears and 245 front. I had 275 and 245 on the 97 and it didn't set the abs light off.

The width of your tire is irrelevant. You need to compare the outside diameters. But it has to be a huge difference to matter.
