electric 5.0 fan

my car runs at 210 and then the fan kicks on......i just wired up the ccrm for at the track today and found out that my low speed fan dont work ....i dont think....does anyone know why it wouldnt work besides ccrm bad...or what pin number it is for low speed and what temp should it be comin on and stuff...there is no a/c in my car if thats anyfactor at all.......the plug for the high side is just unpluged and tucked behind the fender.....
