Recently rebuilt and installed my engine. After hooking everything back up and trying to start it for the first time,my fuel pump comes on but never quits priming. After doing some checking i find that my tps voltage is 12v.The problem is ALL of my 5 vref is 12v...iat,maf,tps...etc.......wtf??!! I unplugged the main bulkhead connector in the engine bay and the 12 vref is apparently coming straight from the ecu.....also tried a different ecu with the same result

I was curious as well. I almost moved it into the main tech section as the electronics area just tends to be more stereo/alarm question and I had no idea what it was. I was going to give it 24-48 hrs here and then move it if there wasn't a response.
