I am running my 95 cobra in the camaro mustang challenge and I am getting rid of the ABS box in the RF of the car. I need to know where I can buy an fitting to connect the front and rear hard brake lines or what size they are?

Any help would be great with the race season 1 week away!

Thanks Dave.....

We dont run abs in road racing and its about 15 lbs hanging out in the front of the car (does not help handling). Any ideas?

The ABS isn't going to really hurt you. There are plenty of road racecars with them. When I took the Grand Prix course at Bondurant years back, all over their 100+ Mustangs still had ABS.

If it functions correctly, it's not bad to have at all.

It is not allowed in the class. So I would rather remove the 15 lbs off the nose of the car... Anyone?

You might be able to turn up some answers on NASA's CMC forum.

That is bizarre. I wonder why they want competitors to remove a safety device. Very strange.

I know for a fact that there is a guy that machines a block with threaded ports (similar to a vacuum manifold) that you put in place of the ABS unit.
I'll try to look it up, but do a search online and you might find it.

That's a neat piece. I bet my friend could crank those out fast with his CNC machine.
