emergency brake line recall

so i've heard b4 that because the emergency brake line rubs on the driveshaft, that they recalled it, not sure when though...does anyone know if this is true or not??? just tryin to get some valid info

Dude we just need to move ours a little cause our cars are lowered, i read somewhere that for cars lowered 1 to 2 inches you move it like 1.5 inches we just have to unscrew it and drill new holes and remount it.

Never heard of that recall.

Years back there was a Ebrake recall for the line not holding the brake. But that was like 7 years ago.

I get notices from Ford all the time but never saw that one. :dunno:

That was probably it considering the only cars I have seen it rub on are lowered which wouldnt be fords problem.
