Handz, please fo try my way and just come back really quick and let us know how it worked out. then we can move to the next step.

Here's how i had to do it:
jack set at 2 ton. lifted motor off truck.
lowered motor as far as it would go, sitting on pallet.
removed pallet.
lift motor.
lower motor onto tire, after removing starter and k-member.
lengthen jack to 1/2 ton.
lift motor, place "rotisery" from stand onto back of motor.
lower motor to proper level, slide "rotisery" into stand.
lower motor until slack in chains.
remove chains.
