Error 511

Ok guys I've put about 1500 miles on since my overhaul of the 95 cobra and today she is giving me the nice 511 error code also give off a 157.
Everything is new for sensors.
The mass air was also cleaned with proper spray.
I reclean the connection for the sct4 bank chip.

From what I have looked up this is common with the chips. Whats not common is a explanation on how to fix this.
Anyone have this issue and would be willing to lend out some advice?

Don't know how much help this is, becuase you probably already know:
Code:511= "Read Only Memory" test failed- Replace PCM
Code 157= MAF sensor below minimum voltage
Holding one lead to ground and one to voltage supplied to MAF sensor, voltage should be 0.2 to 1.5 volts at idle. Raising RPM's, voltage should peak at 2.0 volts at simulated 60MPH. Looking at the MAF sensor plug when disconnected and engine off, use an ohm meter to the middle two (of 4 total) terminals and it should read a specific resistance (ohm) reading. A reading of infinate indicates an open circuit, replace sensor.
-Check wiring harness for damage, loose connection.

Yeah getting a .57 at 1k rpm but still coming up as a 157
The chip i think im going to take out tomorrow and see what that does for 511. Just starting to piss me off now.
