Pros
-loud as Hell
-less backpressure
-cheap (no tails to buy)
-Can always add tails later if desired

Cons
-loud as Hell (especially the highway drone)
-may not be legal since exhaust exits under car
-may be dangerous if driving with windows closed since exhaust exits under car

+1

I have dumps and have to add in that I think it looks best without the tailpipes and with some nice fat tires in the rear...

I haven't had any problems with keeping the windows up and running the a/c... and I've had my system for the past 1.5 years
And you just have to be careful with what kit you have, my LM1's have no drone.

Let me correct myself.. Depending on the exhaust you have, will vary your drone..
Say like flows drone like crazy, and having them dumped underneath the car just means you can hear the drone even more.. But it does sound good.

yea i got 2 chamber flows w dumps and it drones. but it sounds the best of any exhaust available for mustangs i had it on my 2000 gt as well

eh, flows are overrated IMO, only because that's what everyone gets, and it goes onto the trucks around here as well...

not sure how they sound with a mod motor car but i had a set of dynomax race bullets on my 90 gt they were amazing. i had them dumped and got almost no drone. They sounded alot different than any other mustang around plus they were cheap like 30 a piece. One other thing to note as well, what ever dumps you go with when you put your turn downs on make sure you angle them a little. if you point the exit straight down and happen to pull in a gravel parking lot all that dust wil blow out from under your car and end up on it. lol yeah i learned the hard way.

just angle the tips at like a 45 degree angle or so. so the opening points slightly toward the bottom of each wheel.

+1, Mine are slightly turned, just to make sure that nothing like that happens.

yea the way I would like to cut my is. As soon it comes out of the mufflers I want it to stop, I don't want it to run over the axles right now, I guess that is just my preference.

No, they meant to be careful that your tips arent too close to the wheel, nothing like hot exhaust near your tires
