i have a 95 tt supra with no cats and dp. car is 95 so obd1. I thought id fail outright for the look version of the test but they didnt even look if i had cats. I heard of putting a pint on methanol in like 3 gallons of gas in the car and youll pass no problem. Now i beleive that was on a car with cats or maybe it wasnt. Has anyone done this trick? I live in delaware so its a dmv station and all they do is plug in and do little rev tests no lift or rollers. any help? i figured id post on here cuz most mustangs have no cats / gutted cats. I failed wih low ppm 228, limit is 220.also co low was 1.68 limit/is 1.28. any suggestions. im trying to pass without welding in cats every 2 years.
