Like 80 percent of people in VT have off road vehicles because of the weather and mountains. BUT, we also do not live very high up, so we can also do 1/4, autocross, and roadtrack stuff... Best of both worlds lol... I might consider moving if I were you :)

Naturally Asperated cars in the high rockies suffer bad. Back in the old days, carbed cars used to have to be towed to the top of Pikes Peak cause it just wasn't working for that sort of elevation change. Blown cars are better here but I still only get 6psi out of my 9psi pulley. Air density is very low here. That's the only thing we can really change in our cars is the air/fuel mixture. When I drove to St. Paul, MN last year at ~400 feet above sea level instead of 6,400 feet above sea level, my car was a beast...

+1... theres a SN95+ here in town that has a 10psi pulley and he only gets 8 out of it.
