fiberglass trunk lids?

You can probably just use bondo-glass. Scares me to think you and I are thinking alike tony next thing ya know I will be rollin on some 20's.

I have considered that as well as adding some flush-mounted leds to the s281 spoiler I have waiting to use as a 3 rd tail light.

this is why i asked if they made a fiberglass trunk lid, lol. i saw one w/o any thing back there. dan posted a pic of the guy (rip) truuble that had the lid i seen, lol. but like monkey said...it is pin on :( so yea, i'd have to tig or mig a piece of sheet metal, kinda like shaving door handles...etc. wish they just made a f/g lid :(

after a closer look i see it is bolt/pin on.

just smooth in the lines but leave the license plate area. please don't french it all crooked

lmao, cause i'm a minitrucker? dude i would'nt french in a crooked plate my man. i like what dalmar did. sick and clean look.

Them decklids are more for drag cars trying to cut weight. Most cases there pin on pieces with no shocks hinges or latches... They can be found but there a pretty penny if you do find one...

yea i see that now. when i first seen it i thought it was just like a shaved trunk they made for custom look. now i see wassup, lol.
