Finally Blown!

Got the blower on over the weekend and tuned today...Ill be getting the car back tommarow morning making 10-11 psi.


Should be an interesting morning!

I can say that you cant get a mustang with sportlines on a ******* trailor without taking off the front bumper



Sadly, I learned this the hard way and scraped the lip of my new cobra bumper....f**k it, shit happens.


my setup is intercooled procharger p600b with a 3.55 step up insted of a 3.05

42lb injectors, walbro 255 lp/h fuel pump and a 05+ pmas sensor

Should be making pretty good power

my tuner said it suprised him so I guess thats a good thing


I cant wait to test it out tommarow

10-11lbs on stock motor? and stock npi heads and cams? gonna make good power glad to see u used stock npi lol. but i'd be worried.

yea, stock npi heads and cams...but should be good.


With a good tune and an intercooler 10-11 psi is nothing to worry about

why an intercooler? cause of the cooler air charge going in? i didn't think heatsoak would affect how much boost you could run?

that's cool tho dude. keep me updated on this cause I want to s/c too but don't want to find a rod when i change my oil.

Knock is what will kill his motor, before boost pressure most likely. Knock beats on the sucky stock rods and cast pistons pretty good, and you can't necessarily hear it. Hotter air coming in=more likely to knock. Intercooler cools the air charge and makes it less likely to knock.

You could just pull timing if you didn't have the intercooler, but ProChargers have them, so why not use it?

that's cool tho dude. keep me updated on this cause I want to s/c too but don't want to find a rod when i change my oil.

Yea, as JR said, the cooler air charge makes it "safer" to run a little more boost and timing.


You will know it if you throw a rod man...its pretty much new engine time at that point....lol


But again, I am confident in my tuner so Im pretty sure my car isnt gonna blow up anytime soon
