It was my birthday Monday (19, Legal age in Canada to drink :eek:ccasion14: ), my parents got me as my present a partial payment towards window tint, which is ironic because they gave me that as a grad gift for my old car (RIP). Anyways, cleaned the Mach 1 again, and here are some pics, also added my shorty antenna from my old car to it as well, SHOULD get my new Saleen rim by tomorrow and will go into work monday to mount it, so more pics with the chrome saleens next week!

love that color! nice mach1! if it doesnt already had power mods deff looking into the k&N fipk intake and a intake spacer, my friend did that on his old mach 1 and made a good power gain and saw a big diff in powerband, simple intake spacer does wonders on the bolt on n/a mach 1 4 valve cars.

Re: First "mod" so to speak

It has a C&L intake, and I'm not sure if it has an intake spacer, it does have a little black thing between the upper/lower plenums, but It is nowhere near as big as the one I had on my 302. I'm going kenne belle in a year or 2 anyways, so I'm too lazy to do an intake spacer. I am changing from the flowmaster/catted x exhaust to a Borla/OR X exhaust by the end of the year.

Well from the pics...it looks like it has an opposite rake.

I'm really anal about a car's stance...so the "roads suck" excuse doesn't fly with me. Lets be honest, have you ever been somewhere with GOOD roads? :tongue3:

Re: First "mod" so to speak

Thanks! I've been browsing any planning future mods for this one. Since I basically built my last car right up, this one gets the same treatment, just a little different. I'm looking at doing the termy front bumper swap and trying to find a termy rear bumper shaved so it doesn't say COBRA in it, keeping the mach spoiler though. Will buy a new stereo eventually, but still need my exhaust and driveshaft loop (racing purpose), and supercharge, since I'm not spending $1200 on cams when that could go towards a much better kenne bell :)

99-01 Cobra bumper + Mach 1 chin = Panty dropping

Termi bumper = Jay Leno chin.

Leave the bumper as is...it's a mach, when you KB it then you can put a termi bumper on it. I love that color too
