First Timer

Tonight will be my first time at the drag strip. I'm running my car tonight and id like to see if anybody has any tips for me or can tell me the basics of it all.

dont try to go "all out" on your first runs, just try to get the feel for the track and the whole racing atmosphere. basically stay relaxed and have a good time. and dont be disappointed if you dont receive the times your are expecting

That bugs me when asked for advise on track stuff or me VS (insert car here) and then never find out the results. Doubt he broke anything since he said he had never been chances are he was on street tires
