If its on anything but HIGH it doesnt work at all. no fan or noise. I thought it was the blower fan so i replaced that today and still same problwem. So is it possible the climate control part is broke by the radio??

I would guess its the actual climate control part? Seems odd...

Could try a scrap yard and replace it? Can't be too expensive.

Vacuum operates the baffle that switches from the main vents/floor outlets to defrost..

I think...

Seems there might be a resistor somewhere near the blower fan i can change

It's the blower resistor. Replace it. Doesn't cost much.

Yep. Going back to junkyard for one in good condition.

And ya if its only coming out of your defrost vents then the brittle line by the firewall is split... cracked. Easy fix

Just got the part from the junkyard... its rusty but oh well it should last a lot longer than mine. Got it off a 2004 mustang.. so i think it has more life compared to my 1995 one. Only cost $5 so what the hell. I gave up looking because every mustang was missing this piece, but i found a pretty damaged new edge with glass everywhere and bent pillar and found this one.
Verdit: if your not cheap go to the autostore and get a brand new one. Shouldn't be that much
