Didnt want to go there, but yeah. The intelligent ones think they can just walk out and easily rain in 6 figures straight out of university.. anddddd then they cant. Many would rather not work than perform a job they are "above". Even if the job pays more than a lot of white collar careers.

Then about six months later all of a sudden you get a text from them asking if they can get their old job back. Then you reply - Who dís? Naw wrong number bruh.

Try like thee weeks lol. Then quit again because the job’s too hard (33yrs old). Most of the other drivers we have are over 50. A couple are over 60. Many of these kids are just lazy and entitled. Not all of them but enough to be a real problem from where I sit.
