Fog light issues

I have new bulbs in my fog lights and they dont turn on, the light on the switch lights up so I have power there. Is there a relay under the hood for them or what the hell could be going on? I will soon be doing the wiring mod so I can have them on without the headlights but I need to figure out this issue first.

Check fuses I'd say(if there are any.)

I would simply pull the fog light bulb out and check for power at the terminals.

if you have a volt meter, check the volts at the bulb. The could be burned out, they do not last all that long.
