fog light question

ive noticed that some cars have their fog lights on when only the parking lights are on. mine doesnt do that . how come?

Because they rig their cars up for the ghetto look ours can be rigged but our not like that stock.

I did that when I first got my car. They are pretty much running lights now. I like it.
