Already booked our room at Holiday Inn. I'll be trailering my car there early Friday and staying until Sunday afternoonish. We will have to get a photoshoot going, our hotels are right next to eachother. I'm about 2 miles from the fairgrounds

Will have to double check with the other half to make sure what the dates are that she planned for us to go to Maine. If all is good, I'll head up there and meet up with ya. Carlisle is only a little over an hour from my house.

Me and my dad will be there in his 07 shelby. Guinness book of world records is going to be there to document the largest gathering of Shelby's ever.

Im assuming you havent been to Carlisle yet? With the shelby 50th anniversary being held there this year.. you will see more than one red 40th thats a given, unless its a 1 of 1.

you assumed wrong, but I understand what you're saying. There are only about 350 40th Anniversary GT500's, and I guarantee there will be a lot of them there. There weren't many red with the black wheels tho. Regardless, I'll be there in that car, with Jersey plates. Who else is going to be there with a car? I'll keep my eyes peeled for them. Only ever met 1 person from this forum in the flesh (95riosnake) beautiful car and a cool guy.

So you were right behind the stangnet crew and we didnt meet ya WTF. Better stop over the hotel this year and hang out. At this point I am 97% sure that I will not be taking the car this year but I will still be there regardless. I have commited myself to taking it up a few notches this year.

For those of you who are not from the Tri-State area, I highly recommend you take this trip into consideration. Probably the biggest collection of Fords you will see, EVER!

I'm hoping to be able to go again. At the very least I want to go saturday. I was parked next to a triple white convertible with white split spokes last year it was some sort of special edition.

Where are you guys staying? I'm staying at the Holiday Inn a few miles from the fairgrounds.

And yeah, if you havent booked already you seriously better start because most places are already filled up

Well be at the Residence Inn. Trying to shoehorn a stroker in before the show and dont feel like going crazy trying to get it done and tuned by then. I also have a bunch of other things Im trying to get done this year. I figure after 5 years on the tour its time to regroup and take it to a hole new level. Ive already took a 1st and 2nd out there so this year Im gonna relax, help my buddy get his car ready and just enjoy the weekend stress free lol.

alright awesome we'll definitely have to meet up and meet face to face. thats exactly what I did about 2 years ago, I decided to just take the year off, spend time/effort/money over a nice span and came back with a whole 'nother monster. Will be awesome though
