Nothing New Or Surprising, BUT.. I wanna offer some info in hopes it helps some one else. I've had 2 different sets of wires on the car this week that were exiguous.
Installed a great product, brand new set of Blue FRPP plug wires. Love that smell of fresh silicone/rubber when opening the box. Anyway, full ignition preventive maintenance is complete. Autolite AP764 plugs, WeaponX ign coils, and the Ford Racing wires. Finally the MPG's are way, way up. The car screams, smooth sound exhaled, & acceleration. Pulled all the plugs, they all look as they did 1K miles ago when installed.
*Info If Helpful* The Ford Racing wires snapped right onto the coils, also a very air tight install when connecting to plug inside well. The stockish wires and the MSD wires were neither, would not securely snap on to coil and had play back and forth when sliding down the spark plug well. I considered Magnecor or Accell spiral wound, ect.. But these are just very nicely made. Better than what I wanted or expected. Not much sucks more than terrible miss-fires, sputters and engine racket from decrepit wires/plugs, ect...

I've been through 4 sets of wires in 2 years and i'm currently running the red FRPP ones. Haven't had any problems so far.

Hmmm, What kind of wire sets did you have that failed prematurely? Just curious. The MSD wires I had on failed so badly, it could of severely damaged the engine.

I went with taylor 9mm last time. They had one end on them already and I cut them to length and put the other on myself so they could be the perfect length. One thing I did like about them is on the MSD dist I have they fit through the mounting top perfectly.

I've never had issues with Taylor, MSD, FRPP, or Accell. All quality wires IMO.

Any $20 part store wires, FTL.

Not sure what I had when I bought the car.

Then I forgot which ones I put in, but those got coolant soaked because of my coolant leak (so not really the wires fault).
And finally some bosch ones from autozone, which weren't all that great.

MSD looses credibility forever in my book. They suck, they suck, they suck. They put a real hurtin' on my baby and left me stranded.

I like wires, but they have to be clipped and neat looking, otherwise it gets really cluttered looking.

I thought my underhood looked damn good with the FRPP reds and billet wire looms but how can you even compare this

Mmmmm, smell goood.
-I expect to see wires when peaking under the hood, I respect both pics 100% evenly. Great engine bay, either way! Where do you think I could get some quality Looms like that but BLUE?

I bought the billet looms off ebay, saw them on a buddy's car and loved them. They were dark grey so I just stripped the finish and painted them red.
