Hi, I'm gathering all the parts to install my DSS 408. I bought a PMAS P.I.H. harness and am swapping over to the A9L PCM. Another swap that I had planned on doing was the Fox throttle body setup. But it's starting to seem more complicated than anything else. I CAN buy a TFS 75MM elbow AND 75MM Throttle Body for the 94-95 style setup and I'm wondering if it would even be worth swapping over to the Fox TB. To those of you that have done it, what do you think? Is it worth it? Is there any improvenment? Or should I just stick with what I have? Thanks.

Just keep the SN95 setup so you can retain your cruise control.

From what I've seen, its more of an apperance and clearance thing than a performance thing. I could be wrong, so don't hold me to it, but that's what I think.

Someone more knowledgable need to talk.

Ive heard different things about it. If i could find someone to swap all my stuff, elbow, tb, etc for all the shit needed id do it. But im not going to go out of my way to do this setup even though it looks clean.

Do it, its a no brainer unless you need the EGR to pass smog. I've done it and I also have cruise control. Instead of typing a book here on what I did, here's a blog my buddy Michael wrote about it:

To run cruise all you need is a fox cruise control cable and a couple washers. The end that goes on the box in the driver side inner fender is the same as the 94-95 setup. It is a tight fit on the FPR on the other end of the cable though. I run a thin EGR delete spacer and this puts the cable right on the FPR. To give me some added space I put two washers between the EGR spacer and throttle cable bracket. This gave me the added clearance I needed, although its still tight. I've put close to 1000 miles on it since I made this switch and I have no problems to report. I checked for fuel leaks after doing this as it does put pressure on the FPR and thus the regulator, but I had no issues.

do it, i did something similar but just modified my intake to bolt up my 94-95 tb and used the same throttle cable. just made a plate to block the egr hole and made a bracket to bolt up the cable. total cost of project= $0 your throttle response will improve
