I picked up my first SN95 1994 Cobra a week ago... and love it to death. Way better than any of my fox bodies.

N/A (292rwhp) right now, and will have a supercharger on it by mid August. Just in time for some open road trips.

Wanted to sneak a turbo on it, but I had no idea just how much different things were arranged than my Fox. So a supercharger seemed easy enough and less "complicated".

I'll get some pics here in a bit.

The engine does have work done, but relatively minor. Cam, ported heads, ported intake, long tubes, moates, no cats, LMAF and big CAI. Runs and drives awesome. Idles smooooth. Plenty of torque.

I actually decided against putting the supercharger I just bought on it. It will just decrease the reliability of the current parts, and does very little to make the car what I wanted to begin with.

TanTop94. This car is just built all around much much tighter, better interior, quieter interior, more comfortable. Body panels fit much much better. I'm sure there are some crap trap SN95's, but I believe it is a much better base to start from.

i have a 95 gt, i heard they are hard to tune n add upgrades, is it true or do u just have to find the rite stuff???

I was lucky as I bought it as is, no need for any extra work. The Moates with Binary Editor and EEC analyzer with a wide band in the right hands will do wonders. Not my hands, but others.

Welcome! Why do you feel that your SN95 is better than any of your fox bodies?

Drive a Fox GT with T-tops... you'll find out in a city block or less:D

To the original poster, welcome aboard, sounds like you've got a terrific starting point.

Having had plenty of both I have to agree the SN is a better starting point. At first I missed the pushrod motor because I was more familiar with it but I have almost gotten over that now. Welcome to the group, learn, enjoy, and share your experiences.
