Fuel gauge

I am looking to get a fule gauge from autometer. but i dont know what i am needing. For example the summit book has 0 empty-30 full. 0 emply- 90 full. and on and on. what is it that i am need? anyone know? thanks.....

0-30 is for carb and 0-90 is for efi. If efi, are you planning on locating gauge on the fuel rail or inside interior car? Makes a difference in parts you'll need.

Pretty sure he's talking about fuel level, not fuel pressure.
