My short term goal is to just spruce things up with a H/C/I build, but I'm planning (or maybe just daydreaming) to eventually add a supercharger and target 350 rwhp. How do you guys think I should handle my fuel injectors? Should I install 24 lb injectors with the H/C/I and then get 30s when I add the supercharger? Or install the 30s now? Or keep my 19s until the supercharger? I just don't want to have to buy injectors and recalibrate my MAF over and over again...

Standard injectors are good up to about 300hp, but will be getting near their maximum cycle.
I might be wrong but i thought 30's might be too small for a blower but then i'm often wrong. :)
If you can stick with the 19's rather than keep going up in sizes too often, then it could save you money

I would do the 24's with the H/C/I combo.

When you get the supercharger, sell the 24's and buy a set of 42's, a 255lph hi-flow pump and get a tune.
