fuel pressure problem again advice please?

i have a 95 mustang gt and i was having problem with the fuel not to long ago so i swapped out my old pump and put a 155lph one in it and it seemed to be alot better but now the pressure went down to like 31psi and has really slow accelaration also changed the fuel regualtor please any advice well help thanks in advance......

Did you ever replace the fuel filter?

31 psi with what? The car running and the vacuum hooked up? Where is your fuel pressure gauge, in the car?

yea i replaced the fuel filter also...yea 31 with the vacuum hooked up..no i hooked one up to the schruder valve..

If it's 31 with the vacuum hooked up, then you have no problem.
