ok i installed a c.a.m. fuel pressure regulator and gauge on my 95 gt today, i am running 19# injectors with a c&l 76mm kit, i am waiting on new 24# injectors and cal tube to get here this week so i thought i would install the the c.a.m. regulator and gauge while i had a chance. my first question is what should i set it at for the 19's. i put it at 38psi and it seems to run alot better, should it be more or less? second question is what should i set it at for the 24's?

also when i shut the car off should the gauge stay at 38 or will it bleed down? mine bleeds down, i thought it should stay up because there is pressure in the fuel system, after i changed it out i let it sit for about a hour i went to start the car i seemed to take a little longer to start. i do not see any fuel leaking, could the regulator be not bolted down tight enough or maybee the o ring did not seat right.

current mods, cobra intake, 65 mm tb, 1 5/8" shorties, pulleys, c&l 76mm maf kit, msd 6al, blaster coil, 355 gears, flowmasters, h pipes, 5 speed conversion.

39 psi with the vacuum disconnected is the base setting.

Fuel pressure will bleed off when you shut the car off - that's normal.

You really don't need 24# injectors either.

Paul.
