A couple of months ago I bought a 95 mustang gt that had a kill switch wired directly to the fuel pump. Later I ran codes and figured out the previous owner had wired the fuel pump to the switch because the ccrm had failed. Now my question is I removed all the wiring to the kill switch but theres this last wire to the fuel pump that I want to remove but it seems the previous owner dropped the tank to wire the kill switch so can I just cut the power to that wire and leave it in place? Will the ccrm control the pump now that I cut the power to the kill switch or will I have to drop the tank to remove the wiring to the pump?
