Gear Installation

I have 4.10's (ring and pinion) and a brand new traction lock rear...also have a bearing kit and lube...can anyone give me an estimate as to how much it would cost for a shop to do the install???
it is going to be installed into a 1995 GT

It shouldnt be less than $200 or more than $350.

i was quoted $265 Thats to install new axles,ring,pinion,lock,new bearings and speedcal.(i have all the parts

Are you getting new axles? you might aswell, if you are gonna take the car to the rear end done,Maybe 31 spline.

Are you getting new axles? you might aswell, if you are gonna take the car to the rear end done,Maybe 31 spline.
he already has the tlok, so he would want to go with some hardened 28spline

I was gonna go with a Tlok, but it doesnt make sense to me, why spend money Twice on the same thing? when you can get it done Right the first time. you will spend money on labor,parts and fluids and gasket.

I suggest 31 spline and be done with it.

When I had the gears done in mine I also had a 31 spline Ford Motorsport differential and Moser 31 spline axles put it. Just wanted to have it opened up once.
