I recently found out that there's a different place to buy your oil from, which I knew stocked the oil, but never thought to buy it from them.

I always went to autozone/advance auto to buy my oil, but went to Wal-mart recently, and found they sell 5 quart containers of mobil 1 synthetic for less than $24.00!

You can pick up 5 quarts of conventional motor oil for around 12 bucks..Just thought I'd share the info incase some people were trying to save a few bucks!

I really like the fact that I have all my oil in one jug rather than an extra quart with the gallon jug.....

Be carefull here! Many of the jugs you see at Wal-Mart are 5 qt. jugs, not 4.....

Just throwing that out there.

Yeah I wish I had a Wal Mart near me...

Recently I passed by one on my way to upstate NY... Bought two 5qt jugs of Motorcraft 5w-20 for 10.50 a piece.
Can't beat that with a stick!!!

A quart of regular oil(Exxon, Castrol, etc...) here in NYC is like $4... Sucks...

walmart is worlds cheaper, unless your buying the oil change deals. I buy 5 quarts of oil from walmart for like 14 valvoline and then a house brand oil filter from work (microguard) for about a 1.50. This is my honda accord.

Id like to see proof of that. its marked as a 5QT jug, if it was not really so they could be sued for false advertisement or misleading product info which I'm sure would have happened by now.

You should check your local autozone again. they carry a 5.28 qt jug now and are the same price or cheaper now. Also you should keep an eye on their oil change specials that come with the filter too. a much better buy. I stock up on the ones that are mobil 1 and a mobil filter for $29.99 or syntec and a k&n filter for $29.99

That's right, autozone carries a mobil 1 special for about 29.99 for mobil 1 oil and filter, when the filter is normally about 11 bucks alone. Is like 5 bucks more for m1 extended performance. Well, that's for the people that use m1, I like royal purple better.

Credit is a tool, and a useful one, but lots of people don't know how to handle it.
