it would not be a hard project to do yourself. Sand down with 220 grit and then spray with a high-build primer. Sand down any more high spots and it should be ready for paint. I always like duplicolor for my exterior stuff but for plastic painting(which this is) I would probably go with krylon fusion, and then a duplicolor clear to protect it.
But then again I have loved having mine painted to match the body since I did them. Its such a small simple thing that will seperate it from the other sn's at shows.
