gloss black mirrors?

I think I've seen a few cars, but who things gloss black mirrors would look good on my car?? Thinking about picking some up...

you wouldnt wanna do them body ccolor? gloss would look better than flat.

U could do gloss black , to them that would look sweet . I am gonna do my mirrors and my wiper cowl gloss black , when I get the time to do it ..

there's a local guy that has some already done, that's the only reason I'm doing it. Not going body color till I repaint the car probably.

I think it look better than flat tho.

When I took mine off for the car to be painted. I sanded them down and painted them with some krylon semi gloss and they turned out pretty good.

Yeah, I sanded them with 320 I think. Then primed and painted them.

it would not be a hard project to do yourself. Sand down with 220 grit and then spray with a high-build primer. Sand down any more high spots and it should be ready for paint. I always like duplicolor for my exterior stuff but for plastic painting(which this is) I would probably go with krylon fusion, and then a duplicolor clear to protect it.

But then again I have loved having mine painted to match the body since I did them. Its such a small simple thing that will seperate it from the other sn's at shows.

Damn these are some sexy red cars, its going to be hard for me to pick a color when I paint my car. Oh and I would color match the mirrors or semi gloss.

Atlantic Blue ftw! I'm debating on color matching or staying black myself. Might just swap to 03 Cobra mirrors and color match... hrmm... very sexy cars in this thread.
