Glove box lock removal?

How do you do it? I need to swap the lock from my saddle door into the new black door. I know there are tricks to removing them, but I have no idea how

I remember taking the plastic cover off inside the glove box, it's pretty straight forward. Well at least it was while I had both boxes out of the cars. I think you'll need to have keys to both locks otherwise you might break some tabs

Its a bitch....its pretty easy, just be careful for those springs popping out.
