God awful vibration!!!

Ok my car has always had a lil vibrations, nothing serious but noticable because my motor mounts are worn with 156k miles on them. Ever since my car was hit its Extremely bad now! Like when sitting at idle around 900rpm's it shakes the car obnoxiously to the point the door panels, dash, ceter consel everything is shaking including me lol. Now when driving from 1k to 4k rpms its fine but if go WOT pass 4k rpms it gets an ungodly vibration through the trans. My question is could have when my car was hit break the motor mount or make it even worse? Another thing is that i replaced my clutch, TO bearing, flywheel, and pilot bearing in April. Could the flywheel have come untorqued? I torqued them at 83 ft lb is that correct? Im just becoming ill withe vibrations and it couldnt have happen at any better time when job is going to hell and no money!! Any info would be greatly appreciated thanks john

I'd check motor mounts first... but flywheel could be an issue for sure.

If it was the flywheel wouldnt i be able to tell a difference when driving, like when shifting gears?

Visually inspect motor and trans mount before jumping to conclusions.

Trans mount is brand new, replaced it when i did the clutch. Just come out from inspecting the motor mounts they look worn as hell but not broken! I reved the engine while watching the motor mounts and they didnt seem like they were bad enough to cause that much vibrations.

how old is the harmonic balancer?

Well it's well over due
Look from under the car on the back side and look for rubber squeezing out, and take a look at with the motor running and look for the balancer to be wobbling.
