Well it is very clean and has many appearance upgrades so that should draw in the buyers. You don't really have any engine mods and that can be good for resale because people will not think you beat on it ever.

I would start @ $9,000 but you will probably only get 6-7k in this market.

How many miles?

I knew that went to smoothly for me! So that's what I left out. As of yesterday, it had 133,146 miles. Not sure about how it was driven before I bought it, I sure haven't ragged on it! I did the Blue Book deal on it. It said ask $4160 for a private party. I knew that would say about that. I hope to get more than that. Thanks!!

No I don't plan on getting a vert. I'm looking @ this one:

Id doubt you could get more than $5500 honestly, unless you find someone that really really falls in love with it.

Re: Going to put my car up for sell, how much?

Well seeing that you have that many miles I will have to say @ 6k.

Now since it is a looker you might be able to rope in a Non Mustang buyer and get @ 8k or more so like I said earlier start upwards of 9k and maybe 10k if you are feeling ballsy.

It only takes that one buyer who wants that car for his son and makes the deal so start high.

Try parking it at a high traffic area with a sign if you want to snag a higher paying buyer. Internet buyers will low ball you all day long.

Sorry, just set in what you typed. 8,321 miles a year is a lot? 133,146 miles for a 16 year old car. I think that's not many.

i would say you could prob. get 6500,with all the mods you have. from the prices that i have seems fair. it all depends on who's buying too. i love the car by the way

Re: Going to put my car up for sell, how much?

I just posted onto the DFW Craigslist. Got my 1st e-mail asking if it was still for sale. I don't technically like that & Ebay or garage sells. I did find my car @ a garage sell & I found that 2011 on CL as well. Just hoping it comes through on selling mine.

Nah, might have already said this. If I'm in not my car, I have the A/C on always! I just mainly don't run mine b/c that's 1 more thing to break down! Back when I 1st got my car I NEVER ran my A/C. After my top blew open so I could lower it & after it was away for 227 days, just turned me into a puss. I love my cold air now. Sure I love the overall look of my vert, won't miss it @ all. Sure keep my insides dust free!! My cow town is just dusty! Can't keep mine clean!

just wait till you try to keep a black car clean. NOT FUN
That looks like a good price on a 2011. I recently saw a sticker price on a 2011 5.0gt $39,000+
good luck Eli

Yeah, I already keep a pretty clean car @ all times. With a coupe, I can use a real car wash more now. It's not fun with my vert. Can't wait to see about that, keeping clean. They are bad @ showing stuff, sure looks great clean!! It is pre-owned, 1921 miles. Carfax shows no accidents, 1 owner. I think bought from the place it's @ right now. Going to go tom & I hope drive home in it!! I 1st thought this car would be stripped out, no special stuff. It has power everything, leather, Sync, it's loaded!! Thanks!!

To you and I that is not a lot of miles, but to the avg buyer anything over 100,000 miles is a lot. 100k + miles has a stigma attached to it and the value greatly drops after that is hit.

8,321 is not even 3 oil changes.
Even when you lease a car, you can get 10-12,000 miles a year average.
100,000 was a lot of miles for a car of the 60's and 70's. Today's cars you don't even have to change the plugs till 100,000. So 8,000 is nothing, and your saving almost $10,000 over buying new.

I get what you're saying, DropTop. I never drive anymore, besides to do like Walmart runs. I'm hoping this car kinda brings me out of my shell! I don't have any drive to do anything now!

I have already found my 1st mod!
http://www.mylrs.com/blogs/lrs/arch...erican-thunder-axle-back-exhaust-install.aspx

That's on a manual trans. Mine will be an auto. How much less will that sound be? As I type, I'm now thinking of that MustangExhaust site! That's my next site! How crazy would it be to go ahead & buy before I buy the car? I'm just that crazy & not smart!!!
