Good idea? Bad idea?

So im obsessed with Carbon fiber. Sooooooo I need to get a new wiper cowl as mine is messed up. So I want a carbon fiber one. But to add to it I plan on doing a black top in the future, so to go with it all I was wanting to wrap the convertible black trip around the car and the pillars around the windows in carbon fiber. WOuld that look really shitty or would it look cool? I planned on plasti dipping everything I wrap as to not mess up the paint finish if I don't like it. So around the front windshield and the metal trim around the top w/ a black top.

I don't like the idea. I'm not a fan of carbon fiber on exteriors honestly though.

Meh. I vote no. I have a passionate hate for things that look functional, but aren't. If it's actual carbon fiber, I wouldn't mind quite so much, but it still looks better painted IMO.

I figured the a pillars would be to much. But what about the vert trim. i would be wrapping it in real carbon fiber, but it wouldn't be a actual mold.

it seems too busy for my tastes. your car is pretty clean, wouldn't want you to ruin that.

I'm gonna go against the crowd. I love the look of carbon fiber. I think it looks great. However, it doesn't look unless on a black or white car.

After looking at it now I've changed my mind. The boot would cover it with the top down anyway. Ill keep it to the interior, and the wiper cowl i guess.
