well i have a few projects going on right now or i am getting ready to get started. First of all the stang's projects. I got a rebuilt t5 and centerforce dual friction clutch ready to go in. going to start that asap. the 2nd stage of the project is a little juice :naughty:. i got a used NOS dry kit on the way. I got it really cheap and plan on getting fuel solenoid, nozzle etc. to turn it to a wet shot. it comes with just about everything i need bottle warmer, remote opener, purge, window switch, autometer gauge etc. I plan on getting a tps, 2nd bottle, bigger fuel pump, ignition box w/ retard control and all the other little things (plugs etc) and running it on a dyno to be safe. thinking of going with a 125 or 100 shot. So the juice should be spraying within a month. i am thinking of semi hiding it. so when i pop the hood its not too obvious but im not gonna bother hiding the bottle.

Now the interesting/unusual project i have been working on today. Its a 59 olds dynamic 88 w/ 371 rocket. Its the 1st brand new car my great grandfather bought. Dad bought it back in 91 and really hasnt done much with it. every once in awhile used to take it out but 6 years ago it got moved 10 miles from the house and has been sitting since. today we loaded it up brought it home and i got her running. drained the tank, oil, radiator etc and fired it up. the brakes dont work (no fluid at all) so i couldnt take it out tonight. tomorrow hopefully i get em bled and that is all that is wrong with em and i can take it for a little cruise (its not registered so i gotta be careful. I took some pics of it before we loaded it up and of it on the trailer. ill get some of it cleaned up and post em all tomorrow. It is always refered to as the batmobile due to its fins.

well I have only had a chance to work on the Olds. Good news is the dry kit showed up :dancing6:. i think ill start the tranny/clutch this weekend and have it done by the following week and work on the NOS kit @ the same time. I think i am going to change the game plan on the nitrous kit for now. I think im just gonna run a dry 75 shot the rest of this year. Save all the extra money i will need to bump it to a 125 (or 150 if i get greedy). that way i will have plenty of cash for the tune etc and i think ill pick up a gt 40 plate for it also plus i will have time to get used to n2o and make sure it is the way i wanna go. Also by doing all this right now i may stick the car in the mustang rally @ sturgis for shits n giggles

Now for the non mustang project (which most of u pry dont give a shit about :bla: ). It is running good. Brake problem has been solved mostly and just need to work on a "dead spot" in the carb. Got the chrome shining like new. Take the pc7424 to the paint and it will be good to go :coolsmiley: here are the pics i have of the batmobile

ya i plan on it. definately cruise it at when it is not 100 (no ac). May think of a cool way to put a radio in it (doesnt even have an am radio). also i want to get some orginal mirrors as it has none and it is kind of odd driving with no side mirrors.

U want some... there are plenty to go around.

i unpackaged the nitrous kit (had a shitload of newspaper and bubble wrap) and i had to go through it 3 times because i was missing a few parts (ash tray switch, full throttle switch etc). so i tossed it all out after realizing the missing parts werent there. Then i looked @ the gauge and realized that UPS had dented the bezel around the gauge (bottle could have fallen on it and when it was delivered my mom was woken up by ups "dropping" the package on the deck) I was instantly pissed (its a remote electric nitrous gauge, goes for just under 200 @ jegs and summit) so i contacted the seller about the damage and missing parts. He found the missing bag of parts and sent it out and i told him to file a claim with ups because it was insured. Hopefully we will get somewhere but i doubt it and since the bubble wrap etc is gone they will pry say tough shit. :rant2: all i have heard about claims with UPS is horror stories

ya once i get it polished waxed it will be great. Actually truely it has sat for 15 years. since they bought it nothing has been done to it and it just sat. Probably only driven an handful of times.

hopefully i will get some $$ out of the claim with ups. the box has 2 holes in it. i was thinking of hiding the gauge anyway since it is a c2 and my other gaug is a phantom II so if i still works i may use it and hide it in the center console or something.

its a remote electric gauge and they go for 200 so if im out the gauge ima be kind of angry. i still got hell of a steal on the whole kit though.
