Got a weird noise...

I've got a weird noise coming from the front of my car. Its a ticking sound every time i hit a bump. I figure its probley a bad bushing or somin like that. It seems to be coming from both sides and only dose it when i hit a bump. Any one else have this before? or any hints on what to look for? Sound is getting anoying. Could it be because my car is lowered and the wheels are like this /\ pretty bad. I thought mabey it could be the wheel hittin or somin. I'm getting it alligned with mm cc plates this weekend. Would like some help please. Car is a 94 gt by the way.

what about if you creep over the bump, try to get your car flexed i a s much as possible then stop the car and look and see if anything is rubbing..
