I am torn between a 1995 GTS Teal, and a 1997 Black GT. The GT has leather and all the amneties, but the GTS is a 5.0

If i get the GTS will i ever find myself thinking "shouldve gotten the GT these seats suck a*s" ?

Jw if you guys ever wish your GTS was a bit "more"...

I am leaning towards GTS as it is $900 less

go with the gts... the 4.6 is heavier, harder to work on, harder and more expensive to make fast, and you can always change the seats with the money that you save.

That is what i was thinking. OrangeStang i think just redid his interior? His looks nice and i can always do that when i save up. Only thing is the 4.6 already has bassani pipes and headers, and the GTS has a kinda sketchy transmission swap. His friend he bought it from performed the swap so he didnt know anything really.

But i agree, 5.0 lighter and easy to work on/find parts

I usually wish I had less in my GT then more because more moving parts and electronics = more things to break and fix.

Plus leather seats and 95 degree temps = potential sweaty azz....

I wouldn't give up my leather seats or power windows for anything, but I wouldn't want a 97 GT either. I say keep looking unless u want the rarity of the GTS or you really like teal. I sat in a few Mustangs with cloth and the seats felt like garbage compared to the leather ones.

if all you want is leather seats that is alot easier to mess with then a pi-swap or any of the other problems the 4.6 lacked until they fixed it.

So true, my paint is fading really bad in some spots.
Also I have cloth seats in my stang and i think they are pretty comfortable.

I actually wish I had manual windows. I think my motor went out in the 95 and the window is stuck down.

The GT Cloth Sport seats are AMAZING!!! Feel way better than leather. (No , I am not talking about the Shitty V6 Seats i am talking about GT Sport Seats in Cloth)

i would never want a manual window car unless it was a leisure car that i drove once or twice a week. It is such a pain to put them up and down, especially if you don't have a passenger.

I agree with you to an extent, but thats one less thing to fail. Its not too bad to lean over and roll it down and if you're too lazy to do that, theres a A/C knob not too far away too.
