Like title says, it's hard to start after engine is up to operating temp. It starts fine when cold. After it's been running and I shut it off it will start right up but if it sits for 10-15 minutes it will barely turn over. I haven't driven it much but it didn't do it a month ago only thing I've changed since then is cop conversion. So is it safe to assume timing is ok? And possibly it's starter? Thanks in advance

I had a truck do this one time. It had a set of headers on it which probably didn't help any, but yeah, changed the started out & never had that problem again.
