Hardtop & Convertible interior differences

Ok guys, here's my question

I got a '98 convertible in need of some interior panels ( the rear ones on each side of the back seat ) I've already ditched the mach stereo stuff so the speaker grilles aren't of concern. Just from looking at pictures, the seatbelt "holes" look to be in different locations, but all I want to know is can I take a pair of panels out of a hardtop, and put them in a convertible?

dont think so. if i recall correctly, they are a completely different design. someone with a ragtop might chime in and correct me tho.
