Harmonic balancer ?

If my rotaing assembly is balanced am I supposed to take the weights out of the dampner?

I know if your balancer is fubar'd, and you go long enough without fixing it that it will desimate your bottom end. Dunno about your question though. haha

When they did my forged lower they balanced it +/- 1 gram. If there are counterweights in the balancer im thinking it will throw it off. I just dont know how they do it. Is it done with the balancer on or what?

On the modular there are no true weights to the Damper< correct name, it is all internally balanced. The damper during rotation keeps harmonic frequency waves from causing flex and weakening the crank.
