I saw some Equal Lenght Headers that might fit my GT-40P heads with 90 degree boots? Is it possible, some people tell it will work some tell me its not going to work?

I don't know if they'll work, but equal length headers are a waste of money and time. They are horrible to install. This is what I've seen a lot of people complain about.

Equal lengths wernt that bad to install. The LH was harder than the RH. But only took me a couple of hours. I use 90 deg plug wires on mine.
