Having issues starting my car!!!!

So lately my car has had some issues starting lately. The battery is good and the car is turning over. I took the battery to get it tested today and they said it was good but it was only 52% charged. Could it be the alternator? I am lost right now. Please let me know what you think.

It could be the alternator and or also in the voltage regulator which is located internal to teh PCM
