Stock heads make good power unless you want to spend the big money on a set of trick flows.
Stock intakes heads and cams have seen 650+ Boosted HP so depending on the route you want to take or how much HP you want to make it will all depend.
Especially when picking out a cam profile N/A vs. BOOST cams are worlds apart.
The aluminum trick flow track heat intake is a nice upgrage but only yeilds small hp increase but also upgrades from a single blade throttle body of 65mm to a capaple dual blade with say twin 52mm if you want. So boosted or N/A that intake would be a nice but yet another costly upgrade.
Doing a H/C/I on a 4.6 can be double or tripple that cost of a traditional pushrod 302.
