good comparison imo. the equal lengths made just over 5 more hp than the unequals in the midrange and leveled out in upper rpm.
from 3800 rpm up the longtubes started making more power and made as much as 10 more hp in mid 5000 rpm range.
to the original poster, depending on what you wanna eventually do with the car would really determine which headers to use. they will not be much of a gain with a really stock mustang. start replacing intake manifolds and cams and so on and they will really start to shine.
