I don't have a PC. I 'm wondering if the headlight kits sold at local auto parts stores are worth the money for me... the ones that come with the polish and the attachment for a drill, etc (such as 3M or Meg's). The headlights on my 96 GT are pretty yellow and foggy.

they work, it's what i use on mine

if you get one, make sure you take your time. when you think that you sanded enough, do it more.

The headlight resto kits work very well.

Out of all of them, the 3M kit is the best.

If i didnt have a porter cable or a rotary, i would still buy all the products i listed in my writeups..... But you can buy a Attachment to use 4 inch buffer pads on a Drill. This way you can use the sandpaper method and just buff with a drill!!! I feel my method produces better results than the kits.

Here is the link to the a 5/8 backing plate on a drill

here is the link to the 3 inch backing plate i use for 4 inch pads

Thanks guys... I bought the 3M kit last night and I have one light done so far. I am impressed. I am kinda wishing that I would have taken the light off so that I could have gotten all the way around but maybe next time.

It is amazing how much this helps the look of the car... oh yea, and I'm sure it helps the safety too :)

World's better. You should always take the time to pull them off the car, it not only makes for a better job but is easier to work on as well
