Headlights

I've been through two sets of headlight in two years and both have turned out to be crap. The first were ultra clears or crystal (can't remember) and they turned yellow. The second were smoked and they are getting some sort of corrosion on them. I got both sets from blue oval industries on ebay. Which ones can I buy that won't turn out to be crap? or what do I do to make them last?

I have BOI smoked on my car now. I bought them on 8/7/07. They still look as good as they came!! What you need to do, to any brand, is this! Go get some adhesive sealant @ the auto parts store. Seal them up all around where the factory seal is. That just gives you extra protection! Like I said, worked like a charm on mine! I have done it to the headlights, corners, even both sets of fog lights! I will be swapping to a Cobra bumper is why I have 2 sets! Hope this fixes you up! See ya!!

BOI, UPR, ebay, etc all sell the same smoked headlights.

They don't they look the same You might think they look better because subconsciously you want them to be better because you pay more money for them...

BOI's just look more smoked/tinted, to me. It might be subconsciously of me, good point!

I've just looked @ UPR's & 50resto's. The 50 ones are darker, but still nothing like my BOI's. Thanks though!
