ive had both diamond clear, and smoked headlights on my car. they both have the same lenses on them, the only difference is the reflective housing is smoked.
black beauty's are BLACK (not smoked) everywhere BUT the reflectors, which are chrome (not smoked).
if the lenses were "smoked" and the housings were chrome, they'd be TINTED headlights, not smoked. you dont call tail lights "smoked" when people TINT the lenses... why would SMOKED headlights have TINTED lenses?

Steve OH did a similar thing on his ride and it looks great.

well then i guess theyre prob not made by the same company... but i know every set of smoked headlights i have seen, even mine, have clear lenses. the difference between smoked and black beautys are that smoked arent black, theyre exactly what they are... smoked.OnyxCobra said:

just go browse ebay. ive bought 3 or 4 sets from ebay, all from random power sellers. never once paid more than $120 for a complete set. that includes the smoked i have now, clears i had on my last car, and OEM fox w/ clear corners on my old notch. and i cant complain about any of them.
just look over the auction pages, you should be able to decide for yourself who you feel like giving your money to, just by how they present their page, and what info they give you. and as always, when buying something on ebay like that, check the return policy, and warranty information.

Ive been debating on headlights for the last 5 years and still havent decided which ones look best on my car. Im starting to lean towards the Black Beauties after seeing that pictuere of dutch's car.

you've had the car 5 years and have yet to change the headlights? i didnt go 2 weeks without changing them on this car. the one before that, i had em changed in a few months. they are the biggest thing on these cars that makes the whole car appear aged.navarro98gt said:

FYI those who look at the BOI and ones made by same manufacture..WyotechMSA has those lights and it is obvious that the tint is just tinted clearcoat sprayed on the outer lense. They are a few years olds and the tint is starting to flake off. THey look really bad.
Just a warning for those, doesnt mean they all are going to do it, but his are, and any one who knows his car knows how the great care he keeps on it.
